The staff, particularly Adelaide and Joana, were accommodating and efficient. The lack of a sitting area or garden furniture was notable, limiting relaxation options within the hotel.While Oporto House boasts a prime location and basic facilities, the absence of certain luxury features like a terrace or airport shuttle may deter those seeking a more upscale experience.
